Names and locations entered in a search tool are sent directly to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies the response. Miller County Criminal History does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.

Its material identifies official access routes, including the Miller County Sheriff's Office, District and Circuit Court clerks, the Arkansas Department of Public Safety and Arkansas State Police Identification Bureau, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party criminal profiles.
